Terms of Service

Last updated: July 28, 2026

1. Acceptable use

You may use HAMSTATION for any lawful purpose. You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt to breach its security, use it for illegal transmissions, or misrepresent it as your own service.

2. Disclaimer of accuracy

Tool results are provided for reference and convenience only. Formulas and band data may contain errors or omissions. Always verify critical calculations (RF exposure, antenna installation, licensing) against authoritative regulatory sources.

3. As-is warranty disclaimer

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

4. Intellectual property

The HAMSTATION brand, layout, and code are made available for personal, educational, and non-commercial reuse. Do not misrepresent modified versions as the official HAMSTATION.

5. User responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you apply tool outputs. Amateur radio operation is subject to national regulations — you must hold appropriate licenses and follow your regulator's rules.

6. Age requirement

The site is intended for users of all ages. However, if you are under 13, please use the site only with a parent or guardian's supervision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, HAMSTATION and its contributors are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HAMSTATION and its contributors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the site or violation of these terms.

9. Third-party services

The site may link to external resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the content or availability of those resources.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the site at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.

11. Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the site shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

12. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
